Dogs must weigh less than 80 lbs. and must be less than 8 years of age
No dogs with flat faces, such as boxers, pugs, shih-tzus, etc. We can still help, please call us at 501-922-8840 for a voucher at one of our local vets
Cats must be less than 8 years of age
