HSV AWL Spay / Neuter Clinics

Our mission is to reduce the number of unwanted puppies and kittens that ultimately end up in shelters or as strays. The AWL operates four low-cost two-day clinics a year for low-income pet owners in communities surrounding Hot Springs Village. We also use a voucher system to send clients to two local veterinarians throughout the year.

Spay / Neuter Clinics

More than 8,350 cats and dogs have been sterilized to date and the need continues.

2022 marks our 15th year of hosting the mobile clinics and the volume of animals at the clinics never seems to slow down.

                                            Upcoming  2022 Clinic Dates

                                                          About the Clinics

There are four, two-day clinics held annually at four area locations in partnership with Dr. Joanna McManus, DVM and Ozark Mountain Mobile Spay/Neuter Clinic, a mobile clinic to help pet owners in need with low-cost sterilization for their pets.

For more information or to volunteer, call Angela at 501-915-0832.

The AWL also uses a voucher system to send residents who need financial assistance to three local veterinarians throughout the year. Persons needing low cost vouchers may call Angela 501-915-0832, Chari 501-922-5269, or  Nancy 501-922-6444.
